Before I ever coached anyone, I was the guy who needed coaching the most.

I struggled with my weight for years and went through the same cycle most guys go through. I would lose fat, feel good for a few weeks, then life would get stressful and I would binge everything back. I kept blaming my discipline when the real problem was that I never had a system that actually worked when things got hard.

Eventually I stopped trying to white-knuckle it and started actually learning. I got certified as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, figured out an approach that fit around a real schedule, and for the first time the results held. That experience became the foundation of everything I now teach my clients.

For two years after that I worked full time as a lifeguard and lifeguard supervisor while building this coaching business on the side. Early shifts at the pool, long days on deck, then coming home and spending my evenings creating content and writing programs. Nobody handed me anything. I just kept showing up until it worked.

How many days a week do I need to train?

Honestly, 3 to 4 days is all you need. That is just how it works when the program is built properly and your nutrition is dialed in. You do not need to be in the gym every day. You just need to show up consistently on the days you are there.
Do I have to give up the food I like?

No way. I eat sushi, pizza, and go out on weekends. That is literally what I teach. We figure out your calorie and protein targets and then I show you how to fit almost any food into them. My clients eat out, drink on weekends, and still lose fat every week. You just need to know how to make it work, and that is what I am here for.
I have tried stuff before and always end up quitting. Why would this be any different?

Because everything you have tried before handed you a plan and disappeared. This is different because I am actually there. Daily check-ins, weekly reviews, and I will notice when you go quiet before you fully fall off. Most guys do not quit because they are lazy. They quit because no one was paying attention. That changes here.

No. And honestly, guys in their thirties usually get better results than younger guys because they actually follow through. You are not going out five nights a week. How fast will I actually see results?

Most guys feel a difference in their energy and how their clothes fit within the first two to three weeks. Visible changes in the mirror usually start showing up around week four to six. It is not overnight but it is a lot faster than you think when you are actually doing the right things consistently.
